Quick Fix #1
Just wanted to do a few quick edits. This edit was done using LR & PSP.
In LR, cropped the image, used a preset that I created "Summer Essence", Adjusted the black and fill light. Then I exported the photo into PSP.
I created a duplicate layer, (for adjusting the skin smoothing, brightness & contrast) after adjusted to my satisfactionI merge the layers. I used a grudge concrete texture at 23 opacity and a green grunge texture at 18 opacity. Merged layers. I used the burn tool to pop the eyes and then sharpened the image.

I created a duplicate layer, (for adjusting the skin smoothing, brightness & contrast) after adjusted to my satisfaction I merge the layers. I used a grudge concrete texture a green grunge texture at 23 opacity. Merged layers. I used the burn tool to pop the eyes and then sharpened the image.
